Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: April 8, 2026

We want you to be completely satisfied with TransferForge.

If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

For monthly subscriptions (Pro and Agency plans), you can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & Usage in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then. Refund requests for subscriptions apply to the most recent charge only and must be made within 7 days of that charge.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@transferforge.com with:

  • Your order or subscription reference
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief explanation (optional, but appreciated)

We'll process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days, back to your original payment method where possible.


Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 7 days of the eligible purchase or charge.
  • You must not have violated the terms of service (e.g., abuse, mass redistribution, or unauthorized use).
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for issues caused by third-party themes/plugins, server configuration, or misuse outside of TransferForge's control.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, charges are generally final. We encourage you to review the documentation, reach out with questions, or contact us for support before requesting a refund — we're here to help.
