These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TransferForge website, bridge plugin, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by TransferForge ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Usage

Access to the self-serve TransferForge app is provided under the plan you select:

Starter (free): 5 page conversions per month
Pro ($19/month): 100 page conversions per month
Agency ($49/month): Unlimited page conversions per month

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can manage your subscription and billing in Settings → Plan & Usage within the TransferForge dashboard.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Service except as expressly permitted.

2. Data Access

TransferForge connects to your WordPress sites using application passwords and the WordPress REST API. The bridge plugin exposes builder-specific data (templates, components, styles) that the standard REST API does not cover. TransferForge reads from your source site and writes to your target site only when you initiate a pull or push action in the dashboard. No data is accessed, read, or written without your explicit action.

3. Software Updates and Support

Active subscribers receive support and updates for the duration of their subscription. The conversion engine updates are deployed automatically and do not require manual plugin updates for conversion logic changes. The bridge plugin receives periodic updates through the WordPress admin.

We reserve the right to limit or prioritize support for outdated versions or excessive requests.

4. Account and Access

Access to the app, downloads, and support may require account registration. You agree to keep your account secure and not share credentials with unauthorized users.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases as described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Subscription cancellations are handled as described there and in the dashboard.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes, attempt to circumvent billing or security, or repackage or sell the Service without permission. Violation may result in suspension or termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransferForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is posted at https://transferforge.com/terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
